After that is complete, the witness will then receive a link to enter their details and sign the form. Upon the witness completing their details and signing the form, you will receive an email copy of the forms for your reference. We will review the documents and contact you if we need any further clarification.

Once everything is in order, and payment is made, we will confirm the date and time of the cremation. Our team will respectfully bring your loved one into our care.
